Pair of George 111 Antique Silver fiddle and thread pattern double bladed serving tongs with spring action made  in 1819 by William Eaton in London. The terminal of the handle is not engraved and the blades of the server are attractively pierced with square geometric designs. For ease of cleaning the smaller blade is detachable by operating the thumbscrew at the base of the handle. The tongs weigh 8.1/2 troy ozs and measure 30 cms in length. Price quoted includes any vat.
